Founded in 2002, Cottage & Castle, Inc. quickly established itself as a force in the Nantucket custom home market. Since that time we’ve constructed and renovated more than fifty structures and developed a reputation for integrity, quality and value. In addition to fine homes, our portfolio has grown to include a number of high profile commercial projects, including the renovation of The Chanticleer Restaurant, as well as the construction or renovation of six buildings at the Great Harbor Yacht Club.
